We provide instruction manuals when we ship our products. Spare parts lists are usually included or can be found in the back of the product catalogs. Servicing Products in the Field

It is strongly recommended that every customer keep a small stock of spare gauge tubes on hand along with a Reference Gauge Tube Calibrator. Always try a new tube before considering circuit failures. The Reference Gauge Tube Calibrator may be connected to the circuit to prove whether the problem is a gauge tube or circuit failure. If the instrument works properly with the Reference Gauge Tube Calibrator circuit, then gauge tube failure is a certainty.

Returning Products for Service

To return a gauge please call us with some basic information and we will provide you with an RGA number which will be used to track your instrument through our repair process. Warranty repairs are FOB the factory. Shipping costs to and from the factory are the customer’s responsibility. Non-warranty repairs are performed at a nominal charge plus parts needed.
